Agreement

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store and is licensed to you, not sold.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes, on devices associated with your Apple ID. Family Sharing is available as provided under Apple’s policies.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may not remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices in the App.

Content

You own the .pub files you open with the App and remain responsible for them. The App presents documents read-only and does not modify your originals.

Microsoft Publisher is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.

Purchases

Export and printing unlock with a single one-time lifetime purchase. Pay once, keep it forever — no renewal. An optional monthly subscription that unlocks the same premium features is also available: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies. Use Restore Purchases in the app to re-apply your purchase on any device with the same Apple ID.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how the App and this website handle data. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Termination, changes and governing law

If you breach these terms, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the App and delete your copies.

We may update these terms from time to time. All changes will be published on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer’s principal place of business.
